Considering that the commercial transactions made through the website www.michu.com.co are considered by Colombian Law as “distance sales”, users will have the right to withdraw in the terms established in Article 47 of Law 1480 / 2011. Therefore, the user will have a maximum term of five (5) business days, counted from the date of receipt of the product at the delivery address registered on the Website, to express, by email sent to: customercare@michu.com.co, to state that the user wishes to exercise its right of withdrawal, and return the product received to MICHÚ, by the same means, and in the same conditions in which it was received. In case that the power of withdrawal is used, the contract will be terminated and MICHÚ will reimburse the money that the user had paid for the product within twenty (20) calendar days after the user’s manifestation of exercising their right of withdrawal. Transportation costs and others involved in the return of the good will be covered by the user.

These T&C will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any controversy arising from this document will be submitted to the competent judges in accordance with Colombian legislation and both MICHÚ and the client expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domicile.
